  4. Chop the cherry tomatoes in half. Add them to the omelette. Top with the rest of the cheese, cover and leave to cook for another 5 minutes or until the omelette has solidified mostly everywhere.
  5. Turn on the grill to high and grill the omelette for 2 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown and there are no runny parts to the omelette. Serve with salad or vegetables (I'm having sweetcorn) and Enjoy!!
