  14. Take 5 pc Black peppercorns
  15. Get 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  16. Prepare [Curry Paste] - processed in a blender
  17. Take 30 g Red Chillies (deseed)
  18. Get 30 g Green Chillies (deseed)
  19. Get 40 g Garlic
  20. Get 40 g Shallots
  21. Take 20 g Finger
  22. Make ready 20 g Galangal
  23. Get 1 tsp Shrimp Paste

Thai massaman curry is a rich, very flavorful yellow curry. Though the ingredient list is lengthy, it's a one-pot dish that's ready in about an hour, and it's fairly easy to make.   4. LIQUIDS: then add in the Coconut Milk, Tamarind Juice, Palm Sugar and mix well. Bring it to a simmer and cover with a lid. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring the bottom occasionally.
  5. FINISH: after 10 minutes, remove the lid, and continue to cook until the gravy thickens. Garnish with Fresh Coriander Leaves and serve with rice.
