Hey everyone, it is Drew, welcome to my recipe page. Today, I will show you a way to prepare a distinctive dish, mini quiches. One of my favorites. For mine, I’m gonna make it a little bit unique. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Mini quiches is one of the most popular of recent trending meals on earth. It is enjoyed by millions daily. It is simple, it’s fast, it tastes delicious. Mini quiches is something that I’ve loved my entire life. They are nice and they look wonderful.

To get started with this recipe, we must first prepare a few ingredients. You can have mini quiches using 10 ingredients and 8 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make Mini quiches:
  1. Make ready 3 tsp milk
  2. Prepare 4 eggs
  3. Take 2 finely chopped carrot
  4. Prepare Half a cucumber chopped finely
  5. Take 100 g ham or whatever meat you prefer
  6. Get 100 g grated cheese
  7. Prepare 2 tsp your preferred herbs etc (parsley, Brazil, mix herbs)
  8. Make ready Half a tsp of lemon juice
  9. Prepare 1 pitch of salt and pepper
  10. Get 1 whole tomato finely chopped
Steps to make Mini quiches:
  1. Preheat oven 160°c
  2. Add eggs and milk into mixing bowl and mix well
  3. Finely chop all vegetables and preferred meat and add to egg mix
  4. Add herbs, lemon juice and cheese and mix well.
  5. Spray muffin tray and pour egg mix into muffin tray evenly
  6. Turn oven up to 200°c
  7. Put muffin tray into oven for 30-40 minutes, making sure to keep checking as minutes go by
  8. When cooked all the way through take out of muffin tray and let rest for 10 minutes before serving and enjoy!
