Vegetable quiche is one of the most popular of recent trending foods on earth. It’s enjoyed by millions daily. It’s easy, it is fast, it tastes delicious. Vegetable quiche is something that I have loved my whole life. They’re nice and they look fantastic.

To get started with this particular recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can have vegetable quiche using 10 ingredients and 3 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make Vegetable quiche:
  1. Take 1 ready bought shortcrust
  2. Get 3 eggs
  3. Take 300 g frozen vegetables
  4. Take 100 g mushrooms
  5. Get 1 handful frozen peas
  6. Take 1 leek
  7. Make ready 250 ml single cream
  8. Make ready 1 handful grated cheddar cheese
  9. Take Some butter to grease the form
  10. Get salt, pepper, nutmeg, tarragon
Instructions to make Vegetable quiche:
  1. Slice the mushrooms and leek. Heat up some oil, add them and season with salt and pepper. Fry over a medium heat until soft. At the same time boil the frozen vegetables for about 4min.
  2. While everything is frying or cooking, you can prepare the cream and egg mix. Just mix the eggs, cream and cheese and add some seasonings and the tarragon. When the vegetables are done mix them together. When the broccoli or cauliflower is too big, cut them a bit smaller.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Grease the form and put in the shortcrust. Add the vegetables and spread evenly. Pour in the egg mix. Cook in the oven for 35-40min. After you turned the oven off let it rest for 5 min in the warm oven. Enjoy <3
