  4. Add tomato and keep stiring until it cooked well
  5. Put the beef on top of eggplant
  6. Pre-heat Oven 180° C. Prepare sauce. 1 tbsp tomato paste and hot water. Mix well. And pour onto the beef
  7. Garnish with chillies and fresh tomato. Bake 180° C for about 35-40 minutes
