  1. Mix all the ingredients throughly except for the Brie.
  2. Once mixed, fix a pan on low heat and grease the pan with rapeseed oil or any other substitute oil you have
  3. Section the mixture as you fold adding the slices of Brie as you you go.

There are lots of different types of tamagoyaki you can make, but I like the sweet one the most. It's nice to have a square Japanese Tamagoyaki Pan. to make tamagoyaki, but not necessary.
