Laksa Kelantan-The laksa dish, white noodles served with curry and vegetables, is made differently in every state in Malaysia. Cook with medium heat. Then blend all the bones and fish head with remaining 2 cups of coconut milk. Strain the bones and only take the fish solution.Mix well until it cooked.
  4. Blend all chili paste ingredient with 1/2 cup of water. Make sure the texture is course.
  5. Wash all vegetables and let it dry. All vegetables except Water Celery and bean sprout are finely chopped and served as condiments
  6. Assemble the Laksam inside a bowl as below. Best served when the gravy is still hot.
