  4. Then add in the tofu and meatballs. Mix them up.
  5. Then add some water. Mix again. Add the eggplants. Mix slowly.
  6. Add in the seasonings and soy sauce. Mix the well. Taste test.
  7. Let it simmer a bit. Turn off the heat.
  8. Serve.
