  4. Lastly, pour the (Flour,Salt,Eggs) batter onto the fried diced bacons, placing the baking pan back to the oven for Further 30-40 minutes on 225 Celsius

In a medium bowl, whip egg whites with an electric mixer until foamy. In a separate bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, and salt. First, I used olive oil instead of butter and, second, I cooked the eggs quickly in a hot pan, letting them get a little golden-brown.
