  1. Cut the tofu into fingers. Pat dry with kitchen towel.
  2. Prepare the coating: (1) cornstarch (2) almond milk (3) mix panko, salt, and pepper.
  3. Take tofu finger toss into cornstarch, dip into almond milk, toss again into cornstarch, dip into almond milk and lastly toss into the breadcrumb mix.
  4. Spray tofu with a thin layer of oil.
  5. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Bake for 30 minutes. Ready to serve.

How to make Crispy Baked Orange Tofu. This is my favorite method for baking tofu. Add your pressed tofu cubes to a large ziplock type bag (large plastic containers work well, too). Crispy baked tofu is definitely my favorite way to eat it! The trick to ensuring crispy baked tofu is to remove as much liquid as possible before cooking it.
