  4. In a mixing bowl take prepared gajar halwa. Add cream to it. Mix well. With the help of a hand blender, blend it well to get smooth mixture. Keep the bowl in refrigerator for 10 mins.
  5. Meanwhile prepare the mousse glasses. Take two mousse glasses. With the help of a brush apply some cream on the brim of the glasses and then garnish the brim with fine scraps of the pistachios.
  6. Now fill glasses with the prepared mousse mixture. Sprinkle some cardamom powder and garnish with sliced almonds and pistachios.
