  6. Take a big size pot add rice and vegetables and egg and mix them
  7. Cook for 2 to 3 mints with lid on medium to liw flameserve also boil egg if u like.

Add the eggs and swirl with a ladle or spoon, breaking them up as they cook. Heat a nonstick pan on medium-high heat, add avocado oil. Stir to cook until the vegetables have somewhat softened (adjust cooking time depending on how crunchy you like your vegetables in fried rice). Add egg to the pan of vegetables and scramble until the egg is almost cooked through. Make a well in the centre of the rice and add the egg.
