  1. Wash, soak rice for 30 more nutes and steam for 20 minute.cool and refrigerate for 3 hours.
  2. Beat egg and keep a side.
  3. Heat wok and add sauté garlic, add egg and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Now add Rice in it and toss well, adjust the seasoning and add burnt garlic in it.
  5. Now pour dark and light soy. Add butter and toss again. Serve hot.
