  3. Add the sliced onion and fry for a minute.
  4. Add the sliced veggies and saute for a minute on high flame.
  5. Add the cooked rice, salt and pepper powder and stir fry for a minute more.
  6. Add the red chilli sauce and the scrambled eggs and mix well.
  7. Serve, garnished with coriander leaves, chopped fresh chilies and boiled egg.
