Once cooked, put the onion in a blender with medium tofu, nutritional yeast, olive or avocado oil, garlic powder, turmeric. And with some vegan cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes, onion and some sliced up vegan sausage, vegan omelettes are just perfect vegan breakfast food.

It is also naturally nut-free and gluten-free. The base is created using garbanzo bean flour, but if you have a sensitivity, you could always try swapping it out for cornmeal flour or another flour of your choice. Steps to make Vegan omelette:
  1. Fry the chopped mixed vegetables gently until soft

  3. Spread the tofu mixture into 4 silicone moulds, that are lightly greased. Then add the mixed vegetables pressing them into the tofu.
  4. Bake on 160° C for about 50-60 minutes until firm. Turn out onto a plate and serve with buttered toast or spicy beans. Enjoy!! 😀
