  4. Cover and cook in simmer mode for 5 minutes or till done. Sprinkle oregano and serve as a brunch or as a full meal to your kid. They’ll love it.

Add gnocchi to prepared baking dish. Pour in cheese sauce and stir until pasta is evenly coated. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan and season with a few grinds of pepper.
