1. Get 1 kg mince lamb
2. Prepare 1 small red onion

8. Take 1 tbsp cumin

Steps to make Delicious meatballs:

1. Dice the onion into small pieces and add to the mince
2. Slice the garlic into thin slices
3. Chop 1 large red chilli into small pieces
4. Add the garlic and chilli to the minced meat along with the parsley
5. Add the garlic powder, turmeric and thyme
6. Add the cumin, carribean curry powder and the chilli paprika.
7. Add the onion powder and work all the spices in with your hands
8. Make a well then add the eggs. Then combine these ingredients with your hands until they can make firm balls.
9. Roll into balls and place in wide pan with the bottom covered in ghee on high heat
10. Turn them over until the sides are brown then turn down the heat to medium-low and cover with a lid for around 10 Minuits check one to see if they are cooked inside.
