  1. Method- Lets make a spinach paste first. So put spinach, green chilli and ginger together in a mixer and make a paste.
  2. Take wheat flour in a bowl, Add spinach paste, salt, fennel seeds, asafoetida, oil and mix all above ingredients well.
  3. Now with the help of the water knead the dough,put little amounts of water at a time then leave it aside for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes apply some oil on your palm and knead the dough again to make it soft. Now make the round balls and flatten by pressing them gently with your palm. Now roll the puris and fry them on high flame. Press lightly with a frying ladle to make the puris puffy. Serve them hot with Muttor Tomato sabji or Tomato chutney πŸ…
