  1. Fry the onion onions garlic and chili for five minutes till soft. Add coriander cumin turmeric turmeric and fry until fragrant.
  2. Add chickpeas tomatoes and lentils and mix. Then add coconut milk and stir. Simmer for 30 minutes on low.
  3. Add spinach and cook till wilted. Then add cream salt and pepper and mix mix. Serve hot.

Stir in the curry powder and paste and cook for a further minute. Add the tomatoes, chickpeas and lentils and stir well. Bursting with iron rich spinach and protein packed chickpeas, this curry freezes well and it's absolutely delicious and easy to adapt depending on Chickpeas - Also known as Garbanzo Beans or Egyptian Peas, these make up the majority of the curry. Stir in chickpeas and spinach, squeeze over lemon and swirl through sesame and cashew mixture. Pour in the water and cherry.
