  2. Get Handful sliced spinach
  3. Prepare Spices

  8. Get 5 grated pepper

Steps to make Beans & couscous:
  1. Pour the couscous in a bowl, add a little oil & stir. Cover & set aside
  2. In a pot, add veg. Oil, when it's hot, add onion, saute, add the pepper & fry while stirring
  3. Add the couscous, beans and stir. Then add the spices & seasoning. Mix everything together. Add little water @ the center & cover on low heat
  4. Lastly, add the spinach. Stir & cover for 3mins. Ready to serve.
