Add sour cream mixture and stir to combine. Spread mixture into prepared casserole dish. Add chicken broth, basil and a pinch of salt, bring to a boil. Lift lid, stir in tomatoes, lemon juice and feta cheese.

  3. Mix the triangle cream cheese into the couscous. Serve with the fried cheese and 1000 island salad dressing
