Instructions to make Couscous pudding:
  1. Pour the couscous in a clean pot, add the water & 1 cup of milk & sugar boil for 5mins, off the gas & close it for about 3mins, open it & add the remaining 1/2 cup of milk, add the kindirmo, stir & serve.

COUSCOUS PUDDING Couscous pudding has the taste and texture of rice pudding, but it cooks up far more quickly. Serve it for dessert with a dollop of jam, fruit sauce or fruit purée. Heat milk, honey, cinnamon stick and orange zest in a saucepan over medium-high heat until nearly simmering. Stir in couscous and vanilla, remove from the heat and cover. Fluff couscous with fork before adding to sauce.
