  5. Sauté the onion and garlic in the oil until golden, but not brown.
  6. Add 2 glasses of water (pour carefully, depending on the quantity of the wild greens and how moist they are, you don't want the food to be too watery), the tomato, the boukovo (always optional) and let everything boil for a couple of minutes.
  7. Add the wild greens and boil unti they are almost done.
  8. Place the pieces of cod on top of the wild greens and leave everything to boil together for an additional quarter of an hour, until the fish is cooked (check).
  9. It is served hot, with a little bit of lemon juice, depending on taste.
