Hey everyone, hope you’re having an incredible day today. Today, we’re going to make a special dish, coriander paratha. It is one of my favorites. For mine, I will make it a little bit unique. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Coriander paratha is one of the most favored of recent trending meals in the world. It’s easy, it is quick, it tastes yummy. It is enjoyed by millions daily. They’re fine and they look wonderful. Coriander paratha is something that I have loved my entire life.

This recipe is spicy green Chapathi with different taste and coriander flavour and spices are included in that to make it spicy and yummy. But here I am posting coriander paratha as I like coriander flavor most. This is same like lachha paratha but the always wondered how to make restaurant style pudina paratha or coriander paratha. The ingredients needed to make Coriander paratha:
  1. Get 1 cup chapati dough
  2. Get 1 cup coriander leaves
  3. Prepare 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  4. Make ready 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  5. Get as per taste Salt
  6. Prepare As needed Oil

Instructions to make Coriander paratha:
  1. Take freshly chopped coriander leaves.It should dried leaves then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt and mix it nicely
  2. Take a lemon size chapati dough roll it. Then apply oil in it. Then place the coriander mixture. Nicely fill the dough and close it from all sides
  3. Roll it from all sides make Parathas. You can make prathas shapes as per your choice.I had made square shape paratha
  4. Roast it from both sides and then apply oil from both sides. Your parathas aur ready to serve
