  2. Take a medium sized sauce pan and boil milk init till reduces to 3/4th of the whole milk add ground rice and mix gradually..keep on stirring at this stage as rice can stick to the bottom
  3. Cook for about 5-7 minutes till rice and milk incorporate well, rice and milk should and not seem to be separate-separate, add rose essence, sugar, stir and flame off
  4. Your rice pudding with No nuts and No cardamom is ready
  5. Transfer in a serving bowl and make art using strawberry/rose syrup, liquid chocolate and kiwi crush
  6. Serve hot or cold as per wish
