  1. Let's ready the ingredients: Peel the carrots.Wash and grate them nicely.
  2. Soak the jaggery in hot water until melts and Soaked rice for 2 hours
  3. Heat ghee in a pressure cooker. Add fennel seeds and crushed cardamom pods
  4. Now add sliced coconut n saute for 1 minute
  5. Now add soaked rice
  6. Add salt
  7. Now add grated carrots and mix well
  8. Now add dry fruits
  9. Then add blackpepper pods
  10. In last, Add jaggery water and normal water. Mix well, cover and pressure cook for 1 whistle on high flame then lower the flame for5 minutes.
