  4. 50 minutes tak cook karen medium to low flame pe or chamach chalate rahen
  5. Jab kheer thick hojaye jab us men almonds and cream daalen
  6. Or use mix karen jab wo mix hojaye us men sugar daalen or flame off kar dein
  7. Jab kheer thandi hojaye almonds and pistachio garnish karen

Transfer the rice pudding to a bowl. Add the sugar and taste, adding more sugar if you want it sweeter. Kheer is not just any rice pudding in which you quickly cook rice in sweet milk and sweep the sweat from your forehead and pitch your spatula in the air in hurrah. Chawal ki kheer or this rice pudding can be made in two different ways - one where the milk is simmered till it thickens and forms a rabri like base; and this one where the milk is thickened with. Rice kheer is one of the easiest traditional Indian desserts you can make!
