  1. First boil beef in g/g paste n papaya paste for 40 mints make it resha n keep a side
  2. In a pot add 6glass of water boil it.then add haleem powder mixture and keep stirring with hand whisk. mix it well then cover and cook for 40 minutes on low flame.
  3. Take another pan put 2tbs oil add fried onion - Add ginger n garlic paste, cooked beef (risha)and haleem Masala.salt haldi,, Stir-fry for few minutes.
  4. Remove from heat.add this to haleem mixture. - Stir occasionally. Cover and cook on low heat for 30 to 40 minutes.
  5. Garnish with brown onion, coriander,lemon juice and Chaat Masala n Naan😘😘
