  4. Pour milk into the bag and knead. By then dough should start forming. If not, put a little more milk into the bag and knead.
  5. Take the dough out of the bag
  6. Knead until the dough is about half an inch thick (If the dough keeps breaking apart, add a little bit of milk)
  7. Cut the dough into various shapes (I like to make them triangular or roll them up), and bake them at 395ºF for 12 minutes

Use it to create your own fun flavors! Using buttermilk helps keep the scones ultra-tender. Freezing the scones before baking will ensure the butter is cold which is what creates the airy pockets within the scones. This recipe is not only WAY less expensive, it truly was fluffy perfection!
