6. Making the mixed fruit compote… Cut your fruits into bite-sizes.. Add equal parts of sugar and water(depends on the amount of fruits you have). Boil the fruits in the sugar syrup with some lemon juice.. Till the water reduces by half. Set aside and let it cool
7. Pour your compote over the cake as you serve
