  6. Pour the batter onto the pastry.
  7. Fold all edges together and press down to keep it from splitting.
  8. Place parcel on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
  9. Brush with the milk.
  10. Place in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  11. Serve warm and with cream.
