  5. Remove and cool once again in the fridge, the mixture will look like a frozen ghee, beat well with beater until light and fluffy, add dissolved coffee beat well and use for icing the cake.☺
  6. Remove cake from tin, cool cake cut from center and spread with prepared icing, sandwich the 2nd piece on top, cover the whole cake with icing.
