I have no mixer or bread machine, so I have developed a method that is as easy to make by hand as possible. Cook lamb mince using our best recipes.   4. Grease the workplace with some sunflower oil and divide the dough into 15 pieces. Make balls of it.
  5. Flatten the dough balls and shape it into an oval. Cut vertical slices at the bottom of the dough. Top with minced meat and roll the bun shut.
  6. Place the buns on a parchment-lined baking tray. Cover the dough with some egg yolk. Garnish the buns with nigella seeds. Let the buns rise for 30 minutes.
  7. Place the rolls in a preheated oven at 190 ℃ for about 23 to 30 minutes. Keep in mind that every oven works differently and they may be able to get out sooner or later.
  8. When the bread rolls come out of the oven place a tea towel on top to keep them soft.
