Our Rhubarb Dump Cake is as easy and delicious as it gets! Sprinkle the yellow cake mix powder over all of that, then top with the melted butter and the cold water. It's possible to serve the dump cake warm but it's MUCH easier to serve if you chill it for a couple of hours, until it sets up a bit. Spread the rhubarb evenly in the bottom of the baking dish.

Instructions to make Rhubarb Dump Cake:
  1. HEAT OVEN TO 350
  2. Lightly grease a 9x13 pan, place cut up rhubarb in pan
  3. Sprinkle the sugar, then the dry jello over the rhubarb
  4. Pour cake mix over rhubarb
  5. Pour butter over dry cake mix, then the water
  6. Bake at 350 for 45 mins.
  7. If using frozen rhubarb, reduce water to only 1/2 c.

It's possible to serve the dump cake warm but it's MUCH easier to serve if you chill it for a couple of hours, until it sets up a bit. Spread the rhubarb evenly in the bottom of the baking dish.
