  2. Mix dry ingredients, add eggs and yogurt and partially mix
  3. Fold in rhubarb and coconut. Do not over mix.
  4. Pour into grease 9x13 pan
  5. In same bowl add all topping ingredients and mix with pastry blender until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over top of cake
  6. Bake 45 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean Cool completely before cutting
