  1. Grease ur baking pan and preheat the oven to 180°C
  2. In a dry bowl mix all the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, vanilla flavor, salt and cocoa powder until well blended.
  3. In a separate bowl beat butter and sugar until Fluffy.
  4. Add vegetable oil and continue beating
  5. Add the egg yokes first leaving the white part and beat for 2minutes.
  6. Now add vinegar, vanilla and red food coloring and mix
  7. Fold in the butter milk
  8. Add the already mixed dry ingredients bit by bit (flour, baking soda, vanilla flavor, salt and cocoa powder.) this time u maintain the turning with a spatula
  9. On a very high speed whip the egg whites for 4 minutes and gradually fold it in to the barter add the raisins as well. and turn properly.
  10. Then transfer barter into a greased baking pan and bake for 40 minutes. And ur moist red velvet cake is ready!!!
  11. Grease ur baking pan and preheat the oven to 180°C
