  1. Get 120 gm maida/All purpose flour
  2. Make ready 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  3. Make ready 55 gm butter
  4. Get 1/2 tsp vanilla essence

  6. Get 1 egg
  7. Get 100 gm curd
  8. Take 1 tbsp red food colour
  9. Make ready 1/2 tsp vinegar

  12. Make ready 170 gm cream cheese
  13. Prepare 100 gm whipping cream
  14. Get 80 gm icing sugar
  15. Make ready 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
  16. Make ready 1 tsp red food colour
  17. Take For moistening the cake
  18. Get 1/2 cup sugar
  19. Take 1/2 cup water
  20. Make ready as needed small red ball sprinklers
Instructions to make Red Velvet Cake:
  1. Beat sugar and butter till fluffy. Add the egg and beat well
  2. In a bowl whisk together cocoa powder, vanilla essence and colour,add it to the egg batter and beat well. Take curds in a cup stir well and add it to the batter
  3. Add the seived flour and mix with a spatula. Combine vinegar and soda bicarbonate let it fizzz and then add it to the batter. Scrape down the batter making sure all the ingredients are well blended and the batter is smooth
  4. Pour the batter in a greased 7 inch diameter round tin and bake in a pre heated oven at 180°C for 20 mins
  5. Frosting:- Beat the cream cheese, add icing sugar beat it well. Whipp the whipping cream until soft peaks formed, then add this to the cream cheese mixture and beat again well keep this in the refrigerator
  6. Cool the cake and divide into 2 equal parts horizontally. Moist the cake with water and sugar solution and put the cream cheese and spread it,then put the other part of the cake upon it, moist it also and cover the cake with the cream
  7. In the remaining cream add red colour mix it well put it in the piping bag with 1m nozzle and make roses as per your wish then sprinkle the sprinklers
